EARTLEY WEST
If it’s your first home, it’s the beginning of owning the stewardship of your residence in its entirety and the end of borrowing the space in which you live. If you are selling your home, it’s the beginning of the next chapter of your life, whether you’re upsizing or downsizing. If you are upsizing, it’s the end of not having enough space. If you’re downsizing, it’s the end of having too much space. In each of these scenarios, emotions range from elation at buying a new home to sadness at selling what had been your home. Having the right person on your side can help to ease this transition.
I love getting to know people through shopping for a home for them. I love perusing the internet for possibilities for their new home. I love being in the middle of an online search for one client, and finding a property perfect for another. I sift through the thousands of homes on the market to get to the ones that will suit you happily.
While preparing a home for sale, I love researching a home and its neighborhood. Coaching homeowners on staging and repairs to prepare for the sale is part of my standard practice. Teaching the homeowner how to prepare for showings so that the home is always seen in the best light is also par for the course.
Real estate transactions can be complicated. Having someone on your team to guide you saves you time, money, and oftentimes anguish. I will work diligently on your behalf to achieve your real estate goals!
